Glen Golf Course is located adjacent to the beautiful Lake Wenatchee
State Park and Recreation area. Enjoy the beauty and serenity
of a unique mountain golf course. 18 Holes, Par 70, 6005 Yards.

and enjoy our scenic mountain course for a relaxing round of golf.
Spring (with snow capped mountain tops) and Fall (when the birch
leaves are changing colors) are great times to play golf at Kahler
Glen. Although our course isn't considered long (5800 yards), water,
bunkers, and trees create many challenging holes. Our signature (#4)
and finishing (#18) holes are both par 5s that can be reached in
two. You must hit a good drive and play your second shot over water
that protects both greens. The longest hole (#9) is 605 yards. So
far, I know of only one person that has reached the green in two.
The shortest hole (#5) is 125 yards par 3 that looks deceptively
easy. But watch out, double bogeys are common on this hole. This
small green is protected by a pot bunker located right front and
then it drops off on the left and back sides requiring an accurate
tee shot. The #15 hole is one of our more beautiful holes. This
downhill par 3 looks like your ball should funnel right to the hole.
We have two dog leg (#14 & #17) par 4s. You can play
aggressively and cut the corner (requires accurate tee shot and you
will not see where the ball lands) or play to the corner for a
longer second shot. A great way to play this scenic course is to
contact the golf professional "Pro Joe" for a playing
lesson."

From Leavenworth: take
U.S. Hwy. #2 west about 15 miles to State Hwy. 207 at Cole's
Corner (about mile marker 85). Turn right on Hwy. 207. Go 3.5
miles then turn left on Cedar Brae. Take Cdear Brae .25 miles then
turn left, just before entering Lake Wenatchee State Park.
Continue .25 miles then turn left again at the Kahler Glen Resort
sign. Watch for our signs. For lodging continue straight to the
Rental Office. For the Pro Shop and Restaurant take the next left. |

The Leavenworth Golf Course was awarded a
four-star rating by Golf Digest in 2007... Ranking the course as one
of the best places to play golf in America in 2006!
The
Leavenworth Golf Club is a semi-private facility located a mile west
of the Inn on Icicle Road. Most times the course is open to public
play. Exceptions are Wednesday until 11:00 AM and Sunday until 11:00
AM. They do host a few Club tournaments during the year that will
close the course for a good portion of the day.
Reservations
may be made for tee times Monday through Monday. (Call the Monday
prior to the day you want to play.) They begin taking calls at 7:00
AM. If you schedule more than one starting time you will asked for a
"credit card" guarantee. If you do not show for your
scheduled time they will charge the credit card for the number of
players green fees for nine holes. Three groups are the maximum
numbers of players we will allow one caller to schedule.
They do hold one tee time per hour for walk-in players. If you do
not have a starting time you can go out to the course and wait for
the next available walk in time. They can usually accommodate
walk-ins within two hours.
The Leavenworth Golf Course is a Par 71
course, 5,711 Yards Long with a rating of 67 and a slope rating of 116.

Desert Canyon is Washington State's number one rated public golf
course featuring 18 hole golf course and
18 hole championship putting course. (40 miles)
Daily
play can call up to 7 days in advance. All tee times must be
held with a credit card. Cancellations or reduction in the
number of players must be made at least 24 hours in advance of tee
time. If cancellations or reduction in the number of players
are not made outside 24 hours the credit card will be charged for
the original number of players booked.
Daily
play can also book up to 30 days in advance with pre-payment at the
time the reservation is booked. Cancellations or reduction in
the number of players must be made at least eight days before tee
time to receive refund. All cancellations or reduction in the
number of players made inside seven days will receive rain
check. Cancellations or reduction in the number of players
made inside 24 hours will not receive rain check.
